Refund

All products are not refundable after purchase.

There are certain situations where full refunds are granted:

• All your packages were rejected and returned by your customs

• All your packages were missing during transit

• We rejected your order due to various reasons

• Once above situations are confirmed by us, your refund will be processed immediately. The refund will be exactly same as the amount you paid. The refund can be sent back only to the original payment method and funds are usually available within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Alternative

Instead of full refund, we can send you new machine again for free if you never received your order due to various reasons (rejected and returned by your customs, missing package, etc.). No extra cost paid by you!
